University Health Services (UHS)-Tang Center is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your health information. In addition to procedures in place at the Tang Center, there are also state and federal laws that protect your privacy. In response to a new federal law called HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), we have instituted additional measures to safeguard your privacy and have created detailed notices of our privacy practices.
